Established in 2021, Growing Arts Roc LLC emerged from local pop-up gatherings meant to cultivate happiness amidst the pandemic. This journey revealed an urgent demand for mental health and behavioral resources across educational and community spaces. Founded as a tribute to a cherished soul lost to suicide, our mission is to bridge existing voids in wellness services through actionable support.

 

I earned my BA in Spanish and an MS in Adolescent Education at St. John Fisher University and am pursuing a doctorate in Executive Leadership. Holding credentials in Life Space Crisis Intervention and Peer Support, I prioritize nurturing grit and personal evolution in all those I assist as we navigate life's complexities together.
